- Jack Levitt
Co-Founder & Principal
Jack sees the business world from the inside out. With his prowess in understanding what makes people tick—and how to apply these insights to solve organizational challenges—Jack builds business teams that boost bottom line results.
Jack began his career in commercial banking after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. After earning his MBA from Rutgers University, Jack joined Bell Atlantic to manage financial reporting. It didn’t take long for the company’s VP of Sales to snatch Jack up as the organization’s channel strategy and technical training expert. His track record inspired Lucent Technologies to recruit Jack, who went on to lead multifunctional teams on the company’s large projects. Ever the entrepreneur, Jack soon spotted an opportunity to launch a new business. He orchestrated a small team to turn this new environmental enterprise, PlasmaSol, into New Jersey’s Environmental Company of the Year in 2001. And when they sold PlasmaSol, Jack and his team earned a 20,000% ROI. These successes made it possible to pursue his passion fulltime, and he’s been focusing on creating fundamental change ever since.
When he’s not breaking down barriers to success, Jack spends his free time keeping score and cheering on his two athletic boys, volunteering as president of the East Brunswick Education Foundation, and teaching kids (including his own) how to become confident public speakers in a local youth Toastmasters program. His tenure with the Toastmasters—which extends back to 1992—includes earning the organization’s highest distinction, the Distinguished Toastmaster award.
In addition to an MBA, Jack holds an Executive Masters in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. His client roster includes Nokia, Novo Nordisk, and multiple mid-sized entrepreneurial companies.
- Marshall Calman
Co-Founder & Principal
Marshall lives in a world of possibility. But he’s also a realist. And he’s developed a knack for connecting the two—for turning ideas with potential into breakthrough results. That’s why he’s known as the guy you want to see when you’re looking to smash sales records, slay inefficiencies, or step up innovations.
Before branching out to independently help organizations, Marshall led consultancy, pre-sales and customer support Divisions for major corporations such as HP and Agilent Technologies. While at HP, he decided to make it easier for network operators and communications equipment developers to find what they needed by founding a new solutions engineering and product Division. And for Agilent, Marshall’s Business Unit leadership inspired teams to re-envision professional services, which lead to an additional $120 million in revenue in the initial year for this almost $1 billion business.
Today, you’ll find Marshall uncovering fresh and forward-thinking initiatives for the likes of Verizon, Yahoo!, SunGard, Nokia, Bank of NY Mellon, Humana, Dreyfus, Amicus Therapeutics, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Grey Advertising, Weichert Relocation Services Inc., Havas Worldwide Health, Novo Nordisk, New York Weill Cornell Medical Center, Liquidnet, American Academy of Pediatrics, and . . . yes, we could go on. Marshall holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Roger Williams University, an MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Executive Coach.
Marshall lives with his wife and two daughters in the Princeton, New Jersey area, where he’s frequently found giving back to his community through Rotary International—and many 100-mile bicycle ride fundraisers for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
